Boiler & Central Heating Installation
A new boiler is a great way to make your home run more efficiently and potentially decrease your gas bill as most boilers are A rated at 90%!
We work with all boiler brands to suit your individual wants and needs and all boilers are supplied with an extended manufacturer warranty and registered with Gas Safe for complete peace of mind.
We will work through your job with you ensuring we find the best brand and system design for your budget and will usually have the job completed from start to finish within 1-3 days depending on what system you opt for.
Unvented Hot Water Systems
Low hot water pressure can be a struggle, with an Unvented System your water pressure can increase by up to 3 times! The water cylinders are very efficient aswell so they recover heat quickly.
As a business we are G3 qualified so you have complete peace of mind with all our installs.
A typical install will take around 2-3 days depending on what your requirements are.
Boiler Servicing & Landlord Certificates (CP12)
Our Boiler Servicing and Landlord Certificates (CP12) are not just a tick box exercise, instead we will give a full inspection, strip the boiler and other appliances down where required and make sure that they are in great working order and safe to use.
Any work required to keep your boiler and other appliances running at their best will be discussed and quoted as needed.
Boiler Service and Landlord Certificates (CP12) are sent via email.
Designer Radiator Installation
Designer Radiators are a great way to put your own style on your property!
The possibilities are endless and with a wide range of colours, design and costing there is something for everyone.
Smart Controls
Smart Controls give you the customer full control over your heating and hot water system.
You can take control at home or away via the thermostat itself or a mobile device and with some added extras you can control Lighting, Motion Sensors, Radiator Valves, CCTV and much more.
We work with all brands of Smart Controls and can meet any wants or needs you have to tailor your system.
Thermal Imaging Services
Thermal Imaging will identify the problems the naked eye cannot see.
If you are experiencing problems with your radiators or underfloor system efficiency then a Thermal Imaging Survey would be advised.
We will attend your property and carry out a full inspection whilst keeping you informed of our findings as we go. Once this is complete we will discuss the results and advise on the best solution to get your system back to its best.
We will send you a report along with the images via email for your records.
Surveys take up to 2 hours to complete.
Bathroom, Ensuite and WC Supply Design, Build and project Management.

We work closely with only the best Electricians, Tilers and Plasterers and will oversee your product delivery and waste management.
We also work closely with many suppliers and manufacturers to maintain the quality of product and design.
APF can arrange an appointment to go over any thoughts and ideas you may have before the quotation process. We can advise on tile selection if required and also go over some previous projects if you need some inspiration!
We can also arrange to attend your home to carry out a design visit. Once this is completed you will be provided with CAD drawings of how your new space will potentially look.
